Het aroma is intens en elegant, met bloemige en fruitige tonen van acaciabloemen, brem, perzik, groene appel, citrus en een subtiele hint van broodkorst. In de mond proef je een intense frisheid en een opvallende mineraliteit, perfect in balans met een aanzienlijke warmte en een verzachtende zachtheid. De smaak sluit goed aan bij het aroma, met lichte tonen van kruiden zoals tijm en salie, en eindigt levendig, fris en aanhoudend.<\/p>\n<p>De druiven komen uit een van de beste wijngebieden van Abruzzo, op een ideale hoogte voor een grote temperatuurwissel en een prachtige blootstelling aan de zon. De druiven worden eind augustus met de hand worden geplukt. De wijn wordt net als de meeste prosecco&#8217;s gemaakt volgens de Martinotti-Charmat methode.<\/p>\n<p>Moon is ideaal als aperitief en bij voorgerechten, visgerechten, vegetarische schotels, vlees en kaas.
