Deze biologische Negroamaro verrast. Geen log en zwaar glas, maar een wijn met finesse, spanning en doordrinkbaarheid.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"312\" data-end=\"586\">De wijngaarden liggen in het binnenland van Puglia, op rood gekleurde bodems rijk aan ijzeroxiden boven kalksteen. De constante wind brengt verkoeling en zeelucht, terwijl warme dagen en koele nachten zorgen voor rijp fruit \u00e9n frisse zuren. Dat geeft balans en complexiteit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"588\" data-end=\"825\">In het glas robijnrood met paarse reflecties. De geur is intens en fruitig met kers en pruim, aangevuld met kruidige tonen van tabak en een vleug leer.
