Deze droge versie komt uit het westen van Sicili\u00eb, van wijngaarden op circa 350 meter hoogte. De beste druiven worden half september met de hand geoogst.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"334\" data-end=\"640\">In het glas strogeel met lichtgroene reflecties. De geur is intens en karakteristiek: kruidige accenten met hints van kaneel en witte peper, gevolgd door amandel, tijm en oranjebloesem. Daarachter frisse tonen van citroen, limoen en groene appel, met subtiele exotische nuances van lychee, ananas en mango.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"642\" data-end=\"842\">In de mond fris en sappig, met duidelijke mineraliteit en een aangename lengte. Rijk aan extract maar elegant in balans.
