Deze wijn is gemaakt van 100% Negroamaro-druiven. Het is een aanrader als je houdt van volle, zuidelijke wijnen met veel karakter!<\/p>\n<p>De Rami heeft een diepe robijnrode kleur met violette nuances. In de neus biedt hij een breed bouquet met tonen van gedroogde pruimen en kersen. In de mond is de wijn genereus en kruidig, met een goede structuur en een aangename, lichtzoete tonen van de Negroamaro-druif.<\/p>\n<p>De druiven worden medio september met de hand geoogst en ondergaan een maceratie en alcoholische fermentatie met geselecteerde gisten gedurende 8 dagen bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur van 24-26\u00b0C. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn 3 maanden in Franse eiken barriques, wat bijdraagt aan zijn complexiteit en balans.<\/p>\n<p>Deze wijn is een uitstekende begeleider van pastagerechten met vleessauzen, gegrild of gebakken rood vlees, stoofschotels en medium gerijpte kazen. Serveer op een temperatuur van 18-20\u00b0C voor de optimale smaakbeleving.<\/p>\n<p>De naam <strong>&#8220;salice&#8221;<\/strong> is een grapje. Het is een aanduiding voor een bepaald type Negroamaro wijnen uit Salento. Maar het betekent gelijktijdig ook <strong>&#8220;wilg&#8221;<\/strong>.
