Brut, minder dan 15 gram restsuiker per liter. Gemaakt volgens Metodo Classico, met tweede gisting op fles.<\/p>\n<p>Blend van 85% Chardonnay en 15% Sorbara, biologisch geteeld op kleigrond. Oogst in de koele ochtenduren en snelle, gekoelde verwerking. Zachte persing en vergisting bij lage temperatuur in roestvrijstaal. Door gebruik van stikstof blijft het sulfietgebruik minimaal.<\/p>\n<p>Strogeel met groene reflecties. In de neus bloemig en fris, met groene appel en lichte patisserie tonen.
