De druiven worden in de vroege ochtend machinaal geoogst en binnen twee uur verwerkt. De oogstmachine is door Ventiventi zelf doorontwikkeld.<\/p>\n<p>In de kelder volgt een zachte persing bij lage temperatuur. De wijn is ongefilterd, bevat vrijwel geen sulfieten en geen toegevoegde suikers. Pas Dos\u00e9 dus, volledig droog. Hierdoor blijft de frisheid en het karakter van Sorbara puur en direct.<\/p>\n<p>In de neus rood fruit, lichte gisttonen en een florale toets. In de mond strak en fris, met sappig fruit en een uitgesproken ziltige afdronk. Levendig en karaktervol.<\/p>\n<p>Voor het schenken de fles voorzichtig keren zodat de wijn homogeen is.<\/p>\n<p>Dit project is ontwikkeld samen met AstronaveLab. Jongeren met een beperking zijn betrokken bij oogst, botteling en het ontwerp van twaalf unieke etiketten.
