De oogstmachine is door Ventiventi zelf doorontwikkeld. Zachte persing bij lage temperatuur, gevolgd door vergisting met natuurlijke gisten. Rijping op staal en botteling onder druk om de fijne pareling te behouden.<\/p>\n<p>Licht transparant robijnrood met roze reflecties. In de neus rood fruit zoals aardbei en framboos, met een vleugje grapefruit en florale tonen. In de mond sappig en levendig, met frisse spanning, lichte ziltigheid en subtiele rondheid.
