Op het etiket staat een fragment uit een oude handleiding voor wijnmakers, doorgegeven van \u201cNonno\u201d op de volgende generatie. Dat voel je terug in de stijl: puur, eerlijk en zonder opsmuk.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"339\" data-end=\"582\">De druiven groeien in het binnenland van Puglia, op rood gekleurde bodems rijk aan ijzeroxiden boven kalksteen. De constante wind brengt zeelucht de wijngaarden in. Warme dagen en koele nachten zorgen voor frisheid en aromatische complexiteit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"584\" data-end=\"763\">De druiven worden met de hand geoogst, ontsteeld en zacht geperst bij lage temperaturen. Daarna rijpt de wijn nog 2 tot 3 maanden op de droesem, wat extra diepte en rondeur geeft.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"765\" data-end=\"961\">In het glas strogeel met groenachtige reflecties. De geur is intens en aanhoudend, met rijp geel fruit en witte bloemen.
