Twee Siciliaanse druiven die samen zorgen voor frisheid, fruit en structuur.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"262\" data-end=\"516\">De wijngaarden liggen rond Racalmuto op ongeveer 500 meter hoogte. De constante zeewind en het verschil tussen warme dagen en koele nachten geven spanning en aromatische precisie. De bodems met vulkanische invloeden zorgen voor een subtiele mineraliteit.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"518\" data-end=\"757\">De druiven worden met de hand geoogst, ontsteeld en zacht geperst bij zeer lage temperaturen om frisheid en aromatiek te behouden. Daarna rijpt de wijn circa drie maanden in cementen vaten.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"759\" data-end=\"998\">In het glas helder zalmroze. De geur is expressief met tonen van granaatappel, framboos en aardbei, aangevuld met een lichte florale toets van roos.
